How to contact them and what to prepare
Have these ready

What to do
- Log in to the affected account and read the notice, including any appeal deadline.
- If Appeal or Request review is shown, select it and complete the fields. Submit identity evidence only through the official process.
- Save the submission confirmation. If there is no button, read the Help page below for available options and their limits. It is not a universal appeal form for every account.

If it does not work
If the button is missing, save the exact notice and check the same account in the app and a browser. Use Report a problem for a broken interface; it does not replace an appeal.
Example message
