Start with the notice on the affected post. Music can become unavailable when Meta’s rights change, but a copyright claim and a playback fault need different responses. Check your own published Reel or video before editing it, and check any Instagram or Facebook copy separately. Missing sound alone does not show that the whole account is restricted.
