  1. If your personal account was also hacked, start its recovery through facebook.com/hacked first.
  2. Open the hacked Page instructions and follow the form link if Meta offers it. Select the affected Page and describe the access change.

This directory contains 28 contact routes. It is not a complete list of every Meta form: some only appear inside specific accounts. We check purpose against official pages and show review limits on each card. A published Meta email address does not handle every type of issue.

Messages from security@mail.instagram.com may be security notifications. That does not make the address a general support inbox. We do not add addresses from unofficial lists without a confirmed purpose.
