For your own Facebook profile: inspect the audience of each displayed contact detail, using Privacy Checkup or the profile-information controls actually available. Meta describes profile visibility and how people find you as separate checks. Do not delete your only recovery contact merely to hide it from profile visitors, and do not assume a hidden field makes the account unfindable.
