Lock your Facebook profile when the option is available

For anyone managing their own Facebook profile: profile locking is available only in certain countries. If Facebook offers it to you, read the current explanation before confirming. It limits specified profile content to friends, changes older Public profile posts to Friends and enables review of posts you are tagged in before they appear on your profile, plus review of tags. Some About information remains public, so a locked profile is not fully hidden.
