Restrict someone on Messenger

For anyone managing their own Messenger conversations, Restrict limits unwanted contact without blocking or unfollowing the person. Their chat leaves your Chats list, their messages stop triggering notifications, and their calls do not ring. You cannot message or call them while they are restricted. They cannot see when you are online or whether you have read their messages. Meta does not notify them that you restricted them.
