If there are no notices, compare several similar posts over comparable periods. Look at format, subject and audience response. One low-view video does not prove a restriction.

Being eligible for recommendations does not guarantee reach. Deleting posts in bulk based only on statistics will not tell you the cause.
“My videos usually get 3,000 views; the latest got 200.” Check the status first. If there are no notices, compare other videos too: one number cannot explain the cause.
